IT Support

We offer a range of services to meet all your home and business requirements. We have local experts across the country in a location near you. Scobi IT believes that face-to-face contact is the best when dealing with any IT issue whether its Web Design or solving problems on the computer. We have grown from Newark using the power of word of mouth, our reputation is key to our success.

We support businesses in a variety of ways, this is usually determined by the number of staff and the level of service that they require. The 3 levels of service start from:-

Level 1 Ad hoc support for PC's, Servers and websites.

Level 2 A monthly charge is made and this guarantees resolutions to problems in a narrow time frame plus the support call charge which is agreed prior to visiting

Level 3 A monthly charge is made and this covers all aspects of support and diagnosis excluding parts. This level of service includes regular inspections of the network and computers to ensure optimal speed.

If you would like to know more about our services, please do not hesitate to call one of the team who will be able to expand on our services and they are always tailored for your business or home.
